Eyal is an executive and entrepreneur with extensive track record in the sector including 7 years of successful operation at Econergy. As a managing partner, Eyal is leading Econergy’s business development strategy and deal closure processes. With many years of focused management in the sector, Eyal has become one of the leading managers in the renewable environment in EU in general and in Italy in particular.
Prior to Econergy, Eyal has owned and led SeaTerra Development, the leading property developer in North Cyprus and has successfully managed the development, construction and marketing of hundreds of residential properties.
Eyal holds a BA in Economics and MBA from INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France.
Yoav is an executive, senior manager and entrepreneur with substantial market experience, 7 years of excellent track record at Econergy. As a managing partner, Yoav is leading Econergy’s financial and operation management, involved in every operational aspect of the business, from structuring a transaction pre-closing including due diligence efforts, to post-closing activities including asset management, O&M, financial management, costs optimization and many more tasks. With many years of focused management in the sector, Yoav has become one of the leading managers in the renewable environment in EU in general and in Italy in particular.
Prior to Econergy, Yoav has spent many years as COO at Eshbel Technologies, provider of integrated software management solutions for organizations.
Yoav holds a BA in Economics and Management and MBA from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Jonathan is an energy professional with 10 years of experience in the global energy/financial sectors on the buy-side in New York, Tel Aviv and Milan. Strong knowledge of buy-side deal origination, structuring of project finance and operation management in renewable energy assets.
Prior to Econergy, Jonathan spent two years consulting and developing solar related innovation such as floating PV and software for solar development cost reduction. Prior to that Jonathan was Director North America at Energreen Investment, a EU investment management firm focusing on solar PV development. Prior to that experiences include investment roles at Migdal Insurance (AUM 33B), Israel largest pension fund focusing on infrastructure investments. Before that Jonathan has spent 6 years in Intesa Sanpaolo Group based in New York both in the risk management and control its investment bank arm (Banca IMI) and in the Corporate and Investment Group.
Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University and an MBA in finance from Fordham University both attained in New York.
